My Notes: Ooo, this baby needs saving something BAD. LOTS of water damage. But the bones are there; and if someone gets on it *now*; it should be salvageable. I actually would negotiate down a bit on the price; I think it can be had for less - although not much. Other lovely houses on the street indicate there could be some pressure to bring it up to standards; which is good. Nice sized yard, too. Weird how that one fireplace is cut in half in the bathroom; I want to see what that's all about. Someone take care of this lovely lady!
