Realtor Blurb: Beautiful and historic riverfront home.with double porches on the back to enjoy the water view. Wrap around front porch and double back porch perfect are for screening. Large corner lot, wood floors, fireplaces, renovated kitchen, basement. and floored attic. Renovations were started but still plenty of room for improvements. Beautiful lot with many nice bushes and plants. Home has formal rooms, first floor office with private entrance. Entry hall with grand staircase. Parlor with pocket doors. Many beautiful light fixtures.

My Notes: Huge house! Seems well preserved; right on the water. I love the large trees in the yard, and the mural in the children's room. Kitchen is a bit too modern for my tastes; but that can be remedied easily. I do wish there were more comprehensive interior pictures. Lots of history on this one: NRHP paper here and screencapped below; and I actually found an entry on the man himself, Dr. Thomas S. McMullen; here. Photo below.

* The NHRP calls this a mix of Queen Anne and Colonial Revival; but other sources call it Greek Revival. A minor quibble; but some people may not think it so small - so I noted it.
