FSBO Blurb:
Must see to fully appreciate the uniqueness. The house and property, although always a single family residence since built in 1915 is zoned P-2/ R-6 for professional in the event that buyer wishes to utilize as an office/business as well. The large lot has both entrances and exits on Hay Street ( front of home) and Clarendon Street (back of home). There is actually a double lot. When we purchased the home in 2005, we completely rewired, put in three separate heating and air systems,(first floor, second floor, and attic; totally updated kitchen with stainless appliances which work great and granite counter tops. We also put on a large screened in back porch. The house has all of the original crown moldings, windows, 7 original fireplaces, two sets of original pocket doors. The brass on all doors and windows is original to the house (1915). I did not have space to put photos of the bedrooms and other areas. The house has a complete attic, heated and air-conditioned and can be used for storage or another floor. It has walk up steps and high ceilings. The basement has three separate areas, with toilet, shower, sink, washer and dryer with plenty of storage. The house has many original features which have been left in tact but has all of the modern conveniences. This is a quiet neighborhood. We are very close to restaurants, the theatre, movies, and parks. Our neighbors are very nice and look out for each other. We can walk downtown to shops, the Airborne Museum, restaurant and movie. We have never had any break-ins.I will be happy to email other photos that I have of the house if requested. Thank you for looking. We will set up an appointment to see the house at the convenience of both the interested party and my husband and I (the owners.)

My Notes: * Indicates that the Realtor site says 1.1 baths; the Zillow site says 2 baths; and  the FSBO site says 2.5 baths. I figured the owners knew best on this one. Also, you'll notice that although the FSBO listing is still active; it has the price at $495K. I'm suprised by the simple balustrade here - looks to be from an much older house or to have been a replacement. Other than that; well preserved.
