My Notes: Craigslist find! * Indicates that the Realtor listing for this has it being delisted on 9/3/15 at a the above price; however the Craiglist listing says that the owner is taking offers; so obviously a lower price is easily attainable. I'd hazard a guess that if the outside is in this condition; it's quite possible that the inside does not have too much re-muddling. One can hope.
