My Notes: I have to admit that OHD beat me to this one; but because it's so close to where I live I wanted to include it. There's serious discussion about what happened to the front second floor porch gable and the matching window gable beside it that seems to be missing. But there are solid bones here,and over an acre of land. I think the price is wonderful for the right restorer. If I get a chance; I'm going to go by and see it; hopefully to get more interior photos.
