My Notes: This is another that's been on and off the market for over a year now. It seems they took it off the market to try to rent it; and then put it back up for sale. It's beautiful on the outside; and it seems most major interior details have been left alone; but the purist in me detests the modern doors upstairs and the tile floor in the 'sunroom'; which does seem a later addition. The realtor does include one archival picture; which is nice. I still think the price is a tad high, but that's MHO.
