Zillow:Classic Southern Charm in this 1907 Craftsman Home. A lot of the home is still original with woodwork, floors, windows, doors, hardware, and more. You really owe it to yourself to come and marvel at this homes beauty. The house boasts large rooms each having its own fire place, 7 total, with hardwood floors throughout. The 4th bedroom would make a great office. Well located and zoned for home business. There are two full baths with a lion claw tub in one. The Butlers Pantry is large with dry goods closet, built in hutch, and lots of cabinet space. The kitchen is large as well. There is a closed in porch off the kitchen for your washer and dryer. At the end of the day relax on your deep wrap around front porch or privately on a hidden deck in the back. The yard is very large and sure to handle any family occasion. Lots or parking in rear with electric gate. You are one block from downtown for convenience. All shopping is three miles or less from home with quick easy access to major highways. A lot of home for the money. If interested in seeing this outstanding home please contact me at with "Show Me More" in the subject space.

Realtor: Classic Southern home w/deep wrap around porch; 4BR, 2BA, fireplaces, hardwood floors; relax in the large MBR w/sitting area. Spacious kitchen w/large pantry area, privacy deck, foyer, dining, living rm, large yard w/room for lots of activities. Great character and charm. Must see to appreciate. Move in ready. Seller offering $2000.00 toward buyers closing costs w/accepted offer by 2/24/16.

My Notes: Not so impressive on the outside; but wow on the inside! I admit; that sitting room fireplace is what sold me on the house. The house is nice, solid and roomy. The kitchen though..yetch...that's going to take an artistic touch to bring it back in line with the craftsman theme - should be easy enough. Lovely large trees in the yard; and the lot next to it is empty.
