Realtor: Classic Southern home w/deep wrap around porch; 4BR, 2BA, fireplaces, hardwood floors; relax in the large MBR w/sitting area. Spacious kitchen w/large pantry area, privacy deck, foyer, dining, living rm, large yard w/room for lots of activities. Great character and charm. Must see to appreciate. Move in ready. Seller offering $2000.00 toward buyers closing costs w/accepted offer by 2/24/16.

My Notes: Not so impressive on the outside; but wow on the inside! I admit; that sitting room fireplace is what sold me on the house. The house is nice, solid and roomy. The kitchen though..yetch...that's going to take an artistic touch to bring it back in line with the craftsman theme - should be easy enough. Lovely large trees in the yard; and the lot next to it is empty.
