My Notes: Damn right...live in a neighborhood where the houses don't match! Someone gets it! This house has been on the MLS for a while now; but they pulled down the original listing and re-photographed it; which was a VAST improvement. From the last listing; I was not going to include it..when I saw it like this; it was a shoe-in. Goes to show you what a bit of staging and well-done photos can do. Looks to be mostly original; the only thing I don't really like is the see-through to the kitchen with the marble casing..it would have been better if they'd matched it to the wood trim around the windows. But again; not a really hard fix. Nice location across from the park; lots of trees line the street. Great price!
