My Notes: This one has been for sale for a couple years. It seemed someone took it off the market last year ('15) for just a bit; but now Realtor shows it back up; and the second listing has it as a foreclosure. This is a diamond in the rough; but I do wonder how much water damage is really going on. Limited and blurry interior pictures; unfortunately.
