My Notes: Ok, no one has this for sale *except* the Berkshire site; but they have it last updated on 8/14; so I'm gonna go with the good possibility that it's still available. It seems to have been listed with FSBO before; as you can tell from the watermarks on some of the pictures. Like the house next door (pictured below); it is mentioned in the NRHP paper here (and screencapped below also). Older picture taken from this site here (and shown below). I also screencapped a couple shots from the Street View. The house is in very good condition; if a little white-washed for my taste.
