Realtor Blurb:
One block off Main St, this wonderful 1890 Victorian Queen Anne and Colonial Revival style home sits proudly on a hill overlooking downtown Waynesville. As a local historic landmark, it is remarkably well preserved and extensively renovated. The fine hardwood craftsmanship throughout this grand old house is exceptional and includes a beautiful open central staircase, solid paneled and wide pocket doors, raised wainscoting and boxed beam ceiling.

My Notes: What can I say? GORGEOUS!! The stairwell is a work of art! AND unsullied by coats of white paint! The floors are immaculate; the kitchen is a good, basic, not over-muddled area consistent with the rest of the house. No over-painting. I just love it. Very well kept! I assume it was a B&B at one point; but I'm not finding any reference to it at the moment.
