My Notes: Just a nicely kept and not over-remodeled house. Looks like original windows; woodwork; and ceilings (check out the glimpse of the tin decorative one in the kitchen - that I really like, and think goes with the character of the house). Nice yard; huge trees out front and a large empty green lot next to the house. You can see the courthouse down the street in the Street View here; so nice area but close to the (admittedly small) downtown. Not a long drive to Charlotte from here; however.
