Come Live the Dream! The beauty & charm of a historic house with the ease & care of a brand new home! This warm & inviting home has been totally renovated! 11 ft ceilings, wide doorways & large connecting rooms make this the perfect entertainment home. Beautiful pine floors, pocket doors, elegant mantels, gourmet kitchen - so many features - see attachment for more! Large lot & mature landscaping - a gardeners dream! Located in the quiet, friendly Town of Chester, & still close to Charlotte!

My Notes: This was the Magnolia Inn B&B. They put it up for sale in '12; here is the site: Southern Mansion . Great photos there. I think this is not over-done on the remods; kitchen is nice with the beadboard cabinets; a touch of wallpaper is ok but they didn't overdo it. I like it. Also, some photos from 2008: B&B
*indicates that the NRHP sheet says this is 1910; but I went ahead with the 1913 date.
