1912 Queen Anne Victorian/Colonial Revival - Selma, NC

4 Beds; 2 Baths; 4171 Sq.Ft.
312 W. Anderson Dr. Selma, NC 27576
.53 Acres
Built: 1912*

Realtor Blurb:
Charm and character abounds in National Historic Register home - 2 masters one up and one down - Fireplaces with beautiful tile - butlers pantry - some Tin ceilings - wrap around porch - needs work - Owner's spouse is NC licensed Real Estate Broker 'THIS IS A SHORT SALE' SELLING AS IS.

My Notes: Exquisite original interior! Well, from what you can see from the tiny, blurry photos..sigh. * indicates that I looked it up on the NRHP sheet and found this build date instead of the realtor listed 1900. Screencaps below from NHRP documents One and Two; the second document is a detailed description of the house. Also a Street View screencap, just for kicks. Enjoy! :)

K. On further reflection; who the heck makes a third floor turret with no windows? How much you wanna bet they were filled in? I need to find older documentation on the house.
