Realtor Blurb:
Perfectly situated in the heart of Lillington this Grand Victorian Lady was the original home of the merchant Louis Dandridge Burwell. It is once again “the showplace” of the town!Completely renovated with excellence and yet modern conveniences, it has a stunning sunny kitchen ,an impressive elegant living room, a beautiful master suite.Centered in the county seat mid-way between Raleigh and Fayetteville and close to Cambell U. This home is ideal for a classy home, a lovely office, a B&B or for your dream!

My Notes: Slightly over-renovated; but not too badly done - considering they tried to marry modern furnishings and decor with Victorian architecture. I do think the bathrooms would have been better left alone; but just my humble opinion. Lovely details on the outside of this house.

* Realtor has this Off Market. Estately has it as a Pending Offer/Sale; and Zillow says it was sold in May of '14 - but that was before I found it for sale on Realtor in September; so who knows. Lol.
