Realtor Blurb:
HISTORIC MORTON-SIZEMORE HOUSE, c.1885, in heart of downtown Clarksville, Virginia's only lakeside town, on Buggs Island/Kerr Lake. Queen Anne Victorian with 8 fireplaces and significant architectural features throughout. Has 13 rooms, 4000SF, 5BR/4BA, on 2+AC corner lot. Room for development, parking, expansion, B&B, office or residence. Historic Preservation Easement and possible Federal and State Rehabilitation Tax Credits, on National Register of Historic Places. Includes Guest Cottage, c.1850 Moss Tobacco Factory office 2BR/1BA/1100S, and 2RM smokehouse.

My Notes: There seems to be some disagreement over on Old House Dreams as to the original style of this house; but the preservation site here says it was originally a Queen Anne. I just don't know about those huge windows - usually the are on Federal or Italianate builds. I've linked the relevant parts of the NRHP pdf below; to save your searching; as well as a large Street View. LOVE the newel post! :)

*Realtor, Zillow and others have this listing removed; but the last two links have it still active.
