Realtor Blurb:
Beautiful historic home in the heart of Chester with over 4500 heated living space! Magnificent hardwood floors, bead board ceilings, custom woodwork throughout. Master on main and 2 master suites on second floor. Recently installed asphalt drive and parking area.

My Notes: This house has been for sale FOREVER. I keep seeing it on other sites such as Old Houses or Historic Properties. The Zillow listing above has pricing history since Jan '14 (originally $200K); but I'm remembering it being for sale before that - I just can't find it online at the moment. This was a B&B called the Pinckney Inn, as is seen in the photos. The double newel staircase is lovely (and not painted white! Hallelujah!)!
*build date says 1850 on all realty websites; but the NRHP sheet has it listed as 1900. However; I believe the realty sites this time because of the style of the house - it matches earlier Victorian houses of the same time era. If anyone knows differently, please feel free to comment!
