My Notes: This is one of my favorites; mostly because it's within 15 min of my present location; it's brick; AND it has 22 acres! It seems fairly well taken care of; with no major destructive 'improvements'. It's also been on and off the market for the last 4 years or so - not sure why. I'm hoping the price comes down a bit. It's maintained; but not restored. Also; it's at the end of a dead-end road - so lots of privacy, FYI.
