My Notes: ALL UNPAINTED ORIGINAL INTERIOR WOODWORK. If you know and love historic Victorian houses, you know why I'm shouting. It seems that it's a knee-jerk reaction for *someone* through the years to have whitewashed the life out of such woodwork in any house it's available. There's varying degrees of agreement about how - or if - it's worth stripping the paint off when such has been done, so to find a house without it is a minor miracle. This house was for sale in either '07 or '08, but sold quickly. It's really well preserved.
