My Notes: INcredible! And the price..you are getting a million dollar home for less than half that. Wonderfully restored. I can't say anything more about this than the pictures do. The double-newel staircase is a work of art!! I would, however; build a period-appropriate garage/guest house where that little garage is.

  1. Nice house but still a lot to do on the inside. Also the roof leaks you can see that on the pic's and that's expensive roof. The garage small and need to be updated. Iam asuming the cost between $100000 to $150000
