My Notes: This is the Col. Andrew J. Boyd House; mentioned in the NRHP paper here (and screencapped below). More information on Col. Boyd and a picture of the house here. This house is also on Old House Dreams here. It seems in very good condition with minimal re-muddling; the estate sale of the last owner was in Oct.-Nov. of 2014; so no new families have tried to modernize it yet. To me, after seeing the below original pictures; the outside shutters look out of place. Beautiful high ceilings; staircase; double doors. Love the porch! The Street View here has it in a fairly nice area and good trees/landscape possibilities. I think she is just waiting for the right keeper. Doesn't seem like a huge amount of restoring to original is needed; just some upkeep; a little in-style updating; and maintenance is all that will be required of the new owners.
