My Notes: This is the second time this has been on the market. The first is documented at OHD here. As another comment mentioned; replacement windows are a huge disappointment; but I feel the overall character of the house is such that it is still worth featuring. It sold last for $99,300 ( here ). I'm not seeing much difference between then and now except for a new coat of paint; so I'm not sure what could account for the increase in price this time.
