Glad to have you here. This blog will showcase selected historic properties for sale in the North Carolina; South Carolina and southern Virginia areas. I'll do my best to include anything relevant built between 1700 and 1940. Properties are culled from Realtor.com; Zillow; Craigslist; and several other real estate websites. I'm still learning about architectural styles; so the best effort will be made to identify what category a house falls into - but feel free to comment and correct me! Most selections will be taken from the 90K to 900K range; honestly trying to list all of the million-dollar houses that qualify as historic would take AGES. The goal of this blog is to show many mid-range offerings that may get swept under the rug. Submissions welcome also - if you have a historic house in these areas for sale; hit me up for a post.
