My Notes: This house just keeps grabbing my attention every time I scroll past it on a realty site. I think it's got great potential. The listing has been on both sites above for over 400 days. Of course; there are no interior pictures. I have a feeling this would be worth the investment; and being so close to Charlotte, the resale/equity value you could get by just restoring it would be worth it - unless there's some major structural damage you can't see, of course.
