There ARE some private homes in the area; but you'd still be sorta in the middle of downtown if you returned it to a private home. I just think it's SUCH a beautiful example of original Craftsman building; that it needs to be cared for by a loving family. But, I'm just a sap like that. And it's been on and off the market for several years..the Zillow listing has it being sold in '10; but I know for a fact it was on the market in '07-'09 for a long time. The shop that was here just didn't make it; neither did the shop before. I think the house - she- wants a family. Just MHO, of course ;)
